Chris Mandigma is the Director of training for Tirsia Tactical
Chris Mandigma is an internationally-recognized authority and law enforcement trainer specializing in defensive tactics and firearms integration.
Chris builds doctrine around pressure-tested control tactics, force, and decision sequencing under operational pressure.
His technical base draws from Muay Thai striking mechanics, Jiu-jitsu positional control, and Pekiti Tirsia Kali blade and impact-weapon methodology. He translates these systems into law-enforcement-specific training that prioritizes situational dominance, weapon retention, rapid threat assessment, and repeatable motor patterns suited for duty environments.
With over 15 years in teaching, Chris holds master and law enforcement instructor designations and is a recognized IADLEST
International Certified Instructor. He has trained national and international law enforcement personnel and has presented
throughout North America at the NTOA, ILEETA, ISOA, and OTAB.
