Back by popular demand! Our FREE introductory course on the fundamental’s of Self Defense returns on March 21st!
Tailored exclusively for women aged 13 and above, this session is our way of giving back to the community. Grab your spot early as we have limited availability for just 30 participants. Whether you’re a returning attendee, a friend, or a family member, all are welcome!
In this one-hour session, we’ll kick off with essential awareness techniques, followed by a hands-on self-defense training segment. Stick around for a Q&A session at the end to address any questions you have about self-defense and continued training with our expert team.
