Build real-world self-defense skills with hands-on training against gun, knife, and improvised-weapon threats, plus 3rd-party interventions and scenario-based drills. This monthly Hard Skills workshop from Full Spectrum Defense focuses on practical mechanics, safe pressure, and step-by-step progressions so adults of all levels can train effectively.

What You’ll Learn

• Knife defense: range, angle recognition, entries, control, disarms, and exit strategies

• Gun threats / Defenses: muzzle management, line-of-fire control, standing/ground responses

• Improvised weapons: environmental tools, distance, and timing to gain advantage

• 3rd-party intervention: shielding, extraction, and control to protect a loved one

• Scenario training: doorway/parking-lot/vehicle/ground and crowd-management drills

Who It’s For

Adults (men & women). No experience required. Beginners get fundamentals; experienced students get advanced options and safe testing.
